Athletics Day

We had athletics day today. I was so happy that my Mum came to watch me do my best. My house is Ruru (green). We did running, discus throwing, shot put throwing, long jump and finally sack racing. My favorite was long jump. My Mum took some photos of the day.

This term we have been learning about systems at school. The systems we have been learning about include the solar system, hydrosphere (water system), atmosphere, lithosphere. Today I decided to draw a system.

Tapa Cloth

Learning to make Tapa cloth at school. To make the Tapa cloth we first draw a beautiful pattern and then we scrunch it, open it up, scrunch it, open it up until it is done then you take it home and iron it out.

Elephants

The elephant is humongous and he has big tusks. Elephants have long trunks and they long legs and have big body and a grey skin. Elephants have floppy ears and the funny thing about elephants is that they are scared of mice.
